Pennette with Zucchini and Tuna

This simple pasta dish with tuna and zucchini is incredibly delicious and so easy!
List of Ingredients for 4 person
- 400 g of pennette
- 4 zucchi
- 6 cherry tomatos
- 50 g of Tuna
- chilly
- pepe
Let's make the souce
- Wash and cut the zucchini into little circles.
- Heat two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a large frying pan, add the onion , cook for 5-10 minutes until golden.
- when the sauteed is ready, add zucchini
- simmer with white wine
- Add a little pasta water, cook for 10 minutes
- Add tomatos slices and cook untill became a souce
- When the sauce is ready, simmer until zucchini are almost tender
- Mix tuna into sauce. cook for 7 to 10 no more minutes
- Completed the baking (reduce the flame)
Cooking Pasta
- Cook the pasta in salted water, drain it al dente, sauté in the pan with the sauce for some minutes with high flame until thoroughly combined.
- Pasta will soak up the sauce and become more tender.
- Serve in bowls and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese ( if you like it)
